Within a national vision for comprehensive development that treats place-making and human development as two intertwined paths, the First Tobruk International Conference on Oral Health and Allied Medical Sciences – Tobruk 2026 is held under the patronage of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, and in accordance with the directives of the Fund’s Director General, Engineer Belqasim Khalifa Haftar. This reflects a firm belief that advancing the healthcare system and developing scientific and professional competencies is an essential part of the reconstruction project—one that goes beyond rebuilding structures to establish a future of greater quality and sustainability for society.
